While living and working in the East Bay, I received extensive training working for major banks for over 15 years. The corporate structure provided an excellent foundation to gain a thorough understanding of all financial products and services and allowed me to understand the importance of looking at the overall economic security of my clients.
Homeownership is an integral part of that financial security. I take pride in knowing that we are a vital team member assisting a homeowner in making the largest financial investment of their lives. We will always take the approach that best protects our client’s financial wellbeing.
I obtained my real estate license in 1993 and my broker’s license in 2005, and am licensed with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)-required in more recent years. Along with the changes triggering conservative lending requirements came the mandate for more continuing education. Those of us who have survived the mortgage industry changes are better educated about current regulations and mortgage products than in years past.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with family, antiquing, gardening, watercolor painting and circuit training at our local gym. I am truly grateful for the loyal clients who have been a fundamental part of our success.
